Digital Product License

GRANE GLOBAL LLC

DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE AGREEMENT

Effective Date: August 24, 2026

When you purchase or receive access to a digital product from Grane Global LLC, you are purchasing a limited license to use the product, not ownership of Grane Global LLC's intellectual property.

1. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Grane Global LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased digital product for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. WHAT YOU MAY DO

You may:

Download the product for your personal use when download functionality is provided.
Store a reasonable personal backup copy.
Print reasonable copies for your own personal use.
Use the recipes and meal-planning concepts for your own household.

3. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO

You may not:

Resell the digital product.
Give the digital product to another person.
Share your download link.
Share your account credentials.
Upload the product to a file-sharing website.
Post the complete product or substantial portions online.
Distribute copies through social media groups.
Use the product as part of a paid course without permission.
Use the product as part of a coaching or consulting service without permission.
Repackage the product.
Create a competing cookbook using substantial portions of our content.
Remove copyright notices.
Remove Grane Global LLC branding.
Claim Grane Global LLC content as your own.
Use Grane Global LLC's photographs, graphics, designs, written content, or other protected material commercially without permission.

4. RECIPES AND PERSONAL COOKING

You may personally prepare recipes contained within the cookbook for yourself and your household.

This license does not grant you ownership of Grane Global LLC's written descriptions, photographs, graphics, layout, meal plans, instructional systems, or other original expression.

5. COMMERCIAL USE

Commercial use requires written authorization from Grane Global LLC.

6. COPYRIGHT

All rights not expressly granted under this license are reserved by Grane Global LLC.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, reproduction, or commercial exploitation may constitute copyright infringement or other violations of applicable law.

7. LICENSE TERMINATION

This license automatically terminates if you materially violate its terms.

Upon termination, you must cease unauthorized use and distribution of the digital product.

8. NO TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, trade-secret rights, or other intellectual-property rights to the purchaser.

9. ACCEPTANCE

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using a Grane Global LLC digital product, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Digital Product License.
